What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a core strength and condition system based on the principle of applying constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, a broad and holistic fitness concept which aims to achieve Super Health and physique.

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life, natural and safe to the Human body and the movements you use every day.

The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares you for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. In CrossFit the reward for doing well is the ability to express your fitness in everyday life in as many different activities as you can possibly imagine.

CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any individual, regardless of experience, age or gender. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and your needs differ by degree, not kind.

When you walk in our Gym you will ask “where are all the machines?”….we don’t need them…We are the machines!

Drop-ins are welcome to join Open Gym time and work on their own if needed. Open Gym is not available during Classes, please check our Schedule.

Coming to workout now is easier than ever! You can now buy sets of tickets in units of 4, 8 and 12 tickets. These can be used on any day in any of our classes. They can be used individually at Crossfit classes or Open Gym, and tickets have a validity of 3 months, ideal for those having busy schedules or wanting to try the first approach to Crossfit.
